SHIPPING

Once your payment has been received, your order will be despatched within 72 hours of receiving payment. Custom Orders may require a longer lead time and this will be provided to you upon receiving your cost estimate.

All 'Shop' orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Custom Orders that require printing and shipping of items other than A3 and A4 prints will need to be quoted according to the quantity and weight of the packaged to be delivered, as well as the delivery location of the recipient. Alternatively, we can arrange pick-up locally in Melbourne.

All A3 & A4 Prints are packaged in heavy duty cardboard 'Do not bend' envelopes. The Perpetual Calendar is packed in a protective sleeve and sent in an A4  heavy duty 'Do not bend' envelope. A6 Card Sets are packaged in recyclable brown kraft boxes and bubble wrapped. A2 & A1 prints are rolled and placed carefully in mailing tubes. All products are packaged appropriately according to their size to ensure that they arrive in the way you intended to receive them; in perfect condition, ready to be displayed in your home.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Free standard shipping within Australia is included in the price of all our products. However, Express Post options are also available at an additional cost. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Standard shipping is also available for our International Customers at an additional cost and prices are a flat rate of $15.00. Please be aware that International Standard Shipping prices have a different rate for New Zealand from other countries, so if you're from New Zealand, make sure you select the 'New Zealand Standard Shipping' option. The turn around time for International Post can be between 3 - 10 working days, so if you would like to organise Express Post, please email us your request, as this is not currently a shipping option.
