We do not accept returns for refund or exchanges or cancellations after payment under any circumstances. Products are created and printed to order and a lot of care is taken to ensure they are packaged and delivered correctly. With this in mind, we invite you to consider your order carefully before committing to purchase.

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photographs/descriptions of the alleged damaged. We will assess damage on a case-by-case basis and it is at our discretion to determine whether an item can be returned or refunded on the basis of damage.
